How does it work?

• Please fill in the fields with the item codes of the items you wish to return, and let us know the reason for your request.
• Please indicate whether you prefer to ship the return yourself at your own expense or use our pickup service at your home or at a pickup location; you can find the rates here.
• If you use our home pickup or pickup point service, please pack the items you wish to return in an envelope: we will send you the return label.

• The refund will cover only the cost of the purchased items, minus any discounts. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as the service was actually used.

L option to exchange for a different size or style is available only in Italy.

The first and second requests to exchange for a different size or style are free.

The third request to exchange for a different size or style costs €3.

• We’ll prepare your new items and handle their delivery, as well as the pickup of any items you’d like to return.

Fill out the form to return your items and receive a store credit equal to the value of your return, which you can use whenever you like with no time limit.

Returns with a request for a store credit and free home pickup are free.
